Meine Mutter mit 76 Jahre hat über 10 Kilo abgenommen und durch die Ernährung geht es ihr viel besser. Sie hat kein Juckreiz mehr, keine Gelenkschmerzen mehr etc. Sie nimmt Priolia und die Knochenwerte sind super geworden durch die Ernährung. Ich kann von Herzen gern Dr. Wüst weiterempfehlen. Esperienza fantastica: Luis has been following me since October this year and I'm very happy with our achievements so far. My goal was to reduce fat mass, and increase muscles, with the additional challenge of being vegetarian. In less than 2 months I have decreased my body fat by ca. 3% (at 18% now), and gained +3kg of muscles - without changing intensity of weekly training, but just minor adjustments. The diet is being carefully studied and adjusted every month during our session, and it perfectly fits my food preferences. I'd be happy to recommend Luis to anyone who wants to refine her/his body, by going through a well thought diet path.

Ich kann die negative Beurteilung der vorhergehenden Rezension nicht nachvollziehen. Luis ist äusserts professionell und hat viel Erfahrung. Erfasst schnell was das Bedürfnis ist und hat sehr konkrete Hinweise und hilfreiche Tipps.

Esperienza negativa: I consulted Mr Wust about pregnancy diabetes and I was taken aback by his recommendation. Although he told me that (1) I was not overweight, (2) that I had not gained too much weight during my pregnancy and (3) that the objective was only to normalize my glucose level, he recommended a 1500 calorie diet. I think this amount of calories would make me loose weight and that this is not safe while pregnant. I went to see another nutritionist which recommended small adjustments to WHAT I eat but not HOW MUCH I eat, this felt much more in line with my situation.

Ich habe bisher immer nur sehr positive Rückmeldungen von meinen Patientinnen und Patienten erhalten.
