Fantastische Erfahrung: Tenho uma experiência maravilhosa no Centro Médico de Montbrillant! O atendimento é sempre impecável, desde a recepção até os serviços prestados. Os profissionais de saúde são extremamente competentes e atenciosos, incluindo médicos generalistas, psiquiatras e psicólogos, que realmente se preocupam com o bem-estar do paciente. Recomendo de olhos fechados a Dra Bruna Matos e o Dr Lima para quem busca um atendimento humanizado e de qualidade. Um lugar que inspira confiança e faz toda a diferença na saúde e situado ao lado da Gare Cornavin. Vale muito a pena!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Bonjour J’ai beaucoup aimer l’accueil des réceptionniste. Mon nouveau médecin de famille c’est Dr.Lima mais j’ai eux le stagiaire du centre il et super sympa il a répondu à toutes mes questions et tjrs avec le sourire franchement j’ai beaucoup apprécié c’est juste dommage que sont stage arrive bientôt à la fin. Si vous avais la possibilité engager le il et aux top.

Negative Erfahrung: Je me suis rendu à ce centre me fiant aux très bon avis sur le docteur Lima. Je peux confirmer que le docteur et à l'écoute et soucieux de ses patients. Nous n'avons que du positif sur le docteur. TOUTEFOIS, l'expérience a été catastrophique avec les réceptionnistes à l'accueil. Lorsque nous avons (moi-même et mon épouse) terminé le contrôle avec le Dr Lima, nous devions prendre un RDV pour un nouveau contrôle. Les réceptionnistes nous ont fait attendre debout environ 20 minutes sans la moindre explication et avec un bébé de 9 mois en pleurs. Heureusement que j'ai pris l'initiative pour leur demander pourquoi elles nous faisaient autant attendre pour un RDV qui doit se faire en une minute normalement. Elles n'en avaient rien affaire. Elles m'ont donné une explication qui n'avait aucun sens. Même un enfant de 5 ans aurait été en mesure de mieux expliquer le problème. Elles auraient dû d'abord se débrouiller pour me fixer le RDV ensuite résoudre les bugs informatiques. On ne laisse pas un patient debout de la sorte, sans la moindre explication mesdammes !!!! Si seulement c'était tout, ces braves dames n'ont même pas eu la décence de s'excuser pour le temps d'attente inutile. L'une d'entre elles a tout de même dit "désolé" Non mais qu'est-ce que c'est que cette façon de s'adresser aux patients ? Vous avez 10 ans madame ? Les deux dames étaient désagréables et vraiment pas professionnelles et antipathiques. Je me demande comment elles peuvent travailler dans ce cabinet !! Résultat des courses, j'ai annulé mes deux RDV de là bas et n'y mettrai plus les pieds ! Je ne mets pas une étoile par respect du docteur.
